The Midtown Loft is a 5,000-square-foot indoor space, which can accommodate up to 300 people for a cocktail-style reception and can comfortably seat 180 guests for a formal dinner. The Loft comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, ottomans, couches, coffee tables, a bridal suite and more. There are two passenger elevators and one freight elevator for easy access for both guests and vendors. Plus, you have the option of lounge furniture and an illuminated bar at no additional cost. The Midtown Terrace is 4,400 square feet of open-air space. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for an intimate wedding ceremony. Features include a retractable enclosed rooftop for year-round use, a newly renovated lobby, private elevator for guests to use and more. This space has a 360-degree view of the Manhattan skyline, including the Empire State Building and the Marble Collegiate Church.
