Owner Charlotte D’Costa Taylor started Floral Heights in 1998 and has more than 30 years of design experience. She worked with several high-end florists before starting her own business and has earned credentials from the Ohara School of Ikebana and Professional Floral Design. Ranging from lush, traditional arrangements to contemporary and sleek designs, Charlotte and her team are able to craft designs that suit your specific style and taste.
